Breath is that which transforms the human vessel into a living spirit. Breath stimulates every organ of the body and provides power for that spirit to function. In a rich environment the breath works to balance our body and emotions providing opportunities to release, relieve and detoxify.
During meditation the breath moves us from our external world to a place of healing and restoration. It allows for openness and creativity. It allows us to connect on higher levels of self and beyond.
Breath can release tensions and fears and can bring about greater insight. Greater insight comes from clear thinking which in turn can lead to greater functioning.
